🔍 Inspection Policy

  • Customers are allowed to inspect and try the item upon delivery.

  • Inspection is limited to trying the item on only, without actual use.

  • The product must remain in its original condition, with the product tag attached.

  • Any damage, stains, washing, or removal of the tag voids the inspection right.

  • Once the item is accepted, it is considered final and eligible only for exchange or refund according to the Exchange & Refund Policy.
